Ready for some PURE energy? Act like a kid!

I'm being serious with that title, guys!

If you want to experience greater FREEDOM when you act, look no further than the very humanistic and unencumbered way that children play. I've seen it firsthand with my own kids and how their 'play-based' school wires them for freedom. And I recently held a LIVE training session and Q&A in my private online community where we took a deep dive into this idea and how you can apply it to your acting career.

Here are a few highlights we covered:

  • We as humans are story tellers by default.

  • We have been trained out of expressing this skill.

  • How we can get back into the mindset of free, authentic expression (as actors AND human beings!)

Since storytelling is in our genes, all we need to do is to move through our resistance to get back to our source and instinct. I bet you're thinking, "Easier said than done, Jo!" If so, then you ABSOLUTELY need to watch this training. I'm making it available to everyone because I think it's such an important discussion for all actors.

Tell me what you think in the comments. Ask. Comment. Complain. Let’s open up the debate, so we can investigate further together.

And join me every week for free LIVE training session and Q&As JUST LIKE THIS ONE. Simply click the image below to get access to the private online community!
