We should have all our ducks in a row for the new year AND be ready for new changes in the industry.

Auditioning, callbacks, working on set, etc.
But all those ducks won’t work if your most important duck, YOURSELF, isn’t fully trained, sharp, and exploding with life. Remember, acting is the art of being fully alive.
Your instrument needs to be completely present under extreme pressure on set or under new pandemic-era protocols. You can’t be constrained or fall into rabbit holes of self-doubt and overthinking.
All of this needs to be worked through so when you do show up and there’s the pressure of shooting, you’re still alive. If you start shrinking, your experience becomes shitty and acting becomes painful. That’s not why you started acting in the first place.
You don’t want to be a robotic, crumbled version of yourself when you act. That is not what casting directors, producers and directors are looking for. They want you to be impulsive, instinctive, authentic, and even to surprise yourself and them too!
They just want you to be unapologetically yourself.
They want you to be so in-the-moment that no one can predict what you’re going to say or do in the moment.
So you want to have that foundation down. Work on it. This is your one and only priority right now.
Everything else will align after that. If you show up fully connected and alive, then the opportunities will match that because people want to work with people who are present.
