INSTINCT BOOTCAMP BY NIGHT

 

 

WHAT 

A night setting & energy will allow everyone to dive in and explore the depths of their inner self. Opening the doors to “inappropriate” aspects of themselves in order to enjoy more freedom, more truth, more instinct and greater impact.

 

 

WHY

Instinct is generally shut down because society has taught and forced us to become very “appropriate”. However, in order to bring life to his work, an artist needs a strong and wild instinct. His responsibility is to make his life energy, soul and therefore uniqueness available to a project though his instrument. 

 

 

HOW

An effective way to break the patterns society has forced upon us is to dive in a different world, a different energy...The night.

During the night our barriers are down because no one is watching... and because we are tired. The night is a safe and fertile space to break old habits & fears and explore our wilderness to boost our instinct. There will be physical, emotional, vocal, spiritual explorations and discoveries + much more...

Artists: actors, dancers, singers. Max 14 artists.

From 8 pm to 1 am.
