Can you ever rid yourself of doubt?

Do you ever doubt yourself?

I bet you do. Even though you’re trained, you work hard, and you know you have talent.

Well, you’re not alone. I surveyed some actors recently, and it was clear that no matter where they were at in their career, self doubt is really a common thought for all actors (and even for singers or other artists too).

You’re in the audition room, you’re prepared, and right before you begin, you start to worry:

  • “Maybe I should have rehearsed this differently.”

  • “Maybe I’m not right for this part.“

  • “Will they even like me?”

I totally get it. Making a movie or TV show is a collaborative process, so you want to make sure what you do works for casting, the Director, etc.. You want to book the job, but the second you stop being your character, self doubt begins to creep in (cuz you literally gave away everything you had to offer).

Self doubt prevents you from being present in the moment and connecting with your audience… which can translate into jobs and opportunities lost.

So, this is definitely resistance you want to work through. You want to have fun when you’re acting; it should be enjoyable! And there is a way to work through it and get back into that powerful energy in the zone.

When you watch my free training, you’ll discover…

  1. Why you feel self doubt in the first place.

  2. How to feel more instinctive. It may feel counterintuitive at first, but soon you’ll be using it in auditions, on set, and in class.

  3. You don’t have to “fix” anything to overcome self doubt and resistance. You already have everything you need inside you, and I’ll explain how you can access it.

Watch the training below, and stop letting doubt and negative thoughts prevent you from being present, from enjoying acting, and from (probably) impacting your audience or booking work!

After you watch the training, I’d love to know how many times you have felt this way in the last month, and what have you done about it. Share your answer in our private Facebook Group. You’ll be able to connect with other Instinctive Actors for extra accountability, and you never know who your story may resonate with.

If you’re not already a member, be sure to request to join ASAP.

See you there!
