Ready for more, feeling excited, ambitious… You see yourself as the lead role in a great movie, in a great indie movie or even a studio movie. For some of you it might be the main role in a play or a tv show. And for others, it might be getting an award.
And that is GREAT! It says a lot about your passion and your ambition and you thirst for you art. Perfect.
So what will make you go from here to there?

If you catch yourself writing something like: it’s my agent’s fault, or I haven’t had luck or I didn’t get the right auditions, or I need better material, you might have built the perfect victim trap for yourself … WATCH OUT!!! If you make yourself a victim you will become one and then, there’ll be nothing you can do about it cuz you will be stuck in your victim...
On the same topic, Einstein said if you keep doing the same thing and you expect different results, it will lead you to insanity. So if you keep expecting that your team will provide the next step and it is not happening, something has got to give...In order to get to a different place, you need to become a different person and artist
You cannot get to another level by using the same skills, habits and way of being. Transformation is required!
The only thing you can be responsible for is YOU. Get your instrument to be 100% free, open, alive. So that will be reflected in your material and in your team. Then you will have that level of auditions and you will show up 100% too. And that will change your results and get you to your next level.
